Thomas LEEDHAM
In the name of God, Amen, I Thomas LEEDHAM of Netherseal in the County of Leicester, Baker, being of sound, disposing mind, memory and understanding Praised be God do therefore make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following first I will that all my lawfull Debts and funeral Expenses be honestly paid, I give devise and bequeath to my son William LEEDHAM and my son John LEEDHAM the sum of five pounds a piece of good and lawfull money. I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Ann LEEDHAM the sum of one hundred and five pounds of good and Lawfull money. All the rest of my Estates both Freehold and personal I give devise and bequeath to my son George LEEDHAM subject and chargeable upon the Freehold Estate with the payment of ten pounds a year to my loveing wife Dorothy LEEDHAM to be paid by Equal quantity payments during the Term of her Natural Life, it is my Express will that my loveing Wife Dorothy LEEDHAM shall have one bed and furniture to furnish a room and at the death of my loveing wife Dorothy LEEDHAM it is my will that my son George LEEDHAM shall pay out of the Estates here in before given to my said son George LEEDHAM the sum of one hundred pounds to my aforesaid Daughter Ann LEEDHAM of good and lawfull money and if it should so happen that my aforesaid son George LEEDHAM should die having no Issue then it is my Will that the Estates before given to my son George LEEDHAM shall decend and go to my Daughter Ann LEEDHAM then in such case my aforesaid daughter Ann LEEDHAM shall pay to my son John LEEDHAM the sum of fifty pounds of good and lawful money and if in case my Daughter Ann LEEDHAM should happen to die leaving no Issue then it is my Express will that the Estates so Decending to my Daughter Ann LEEDHAM shall decend to my son John LEEDHAM his Heirs and assigns for Ever subject and payable out of the Estates to my son William LEEDHAM the sum of one HUNDRED pounds of good and lawfull money. I nominate constitute and Appoint my Brother George LEEDHAM and Friends John ATTWOOD and John NEWIS Executors to this my Will and Testament hereby Revoking and set aside all other Will by one heretofore made and do Diclear this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Thomas LEEDHAM the Testator have set and put my hand and seal this Twelfth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety five 1795
